Infinite Space is a bodywork practice in Capitol Hill, Denver where every massage takes place on a custom-built vibroacoustic table. You get hands-on work and sound therapy at the same time, from the same person.

Is there anywhere in Denver to get a massage and sound healing together?

This is one of the few places doing both at once and is Denver’s original vibration table as highlighted in Westword. Sound studios in Denver offer vibroacoustic tables you lie on by yourself. Massage practices offer hands-on work with music playing in the room. Here they happen simultaneously — the bodywork on top, the music running through the table underneath.

What does it feel like?

The table carries low-frequency sound through the table and into the body. You hear the music and feel it. In addition to table vibration, the room is tuned with a high end sound system and sub-woofer beneath the massage table. It’s a relaxing and listening experience which does wonders for stress relief and emotional healing.

What kind of bodywork?

Each session is built around what your body needs that day rather than a fixed routine. Depending on what turns up, that can include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular and trigger point work, craniosacral, joint range of motion, motion therapy and acupressure.

Can I book just the table?

No. Every session is hands-on bodywork with the table underneath. The vibroacoustic component is included in every session and isn't sold separately.

People who are looking for emotional healing, carrying chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or holding stress somewhere it won't let go. People who've had a lot of massage and want something that goes further. Music lovers will particularly enjoy this experience as well.

By appointment, 24 hours notice. Evenings Tuesday through Friday until 10:30pm — later than most studios in Denver. Weekends 11 to 7.
