The full experience. A full body session, custom designed specifically for the client's needs. This is an integrative bodywork session combining a handful of modalities including swedish/deep tissue massage, motion therapy, craniosacral, energy work, NMT, acupressure and myofascial release. Includes Resonance Therapy, sound and vibration and healing music.
Infinite Energy
A combination of Motion Therapy, Energy Work, Resonance Therapy and Craniosacral. Experience deep relaxation with healing music and vibration. Motion Therapy, based on the Trager Approach uses gentle rhythmic rocking to leave you feeling lighter and looser. It helps to teach your body and nervous system what it feels like to be truly calm and relaxed. Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer.
